Visual Thesaurus Training

  • Create a login while on our school campus in order to access all of the subscription features of Visual Thesaurus from anywhere.  Click "Sign in under different user" in the top right corner of the web page.  Next click "Create your own login."  Students can do this too!
  • Click on the Educators tab to access lesson plans, worksheets, Vocabgrabber, and Professional Development Videos.
  • Be sure to watch the Professional Development video on using the Vocabgrabber to create a custom vocabulary list from ANY text.  Click HERE to watch that video now.
  • Click HERE to watch a video on how you can use Visual Thesaurus to help students understand challenging text.
  • Don't forget to ask your media specialist if you need additional help.
